I'm sick of feeling… This site makes extensive use of JavaScript. The LFR kill seems to be counting as Normal, as players who had previously done the encounter on the lowest raid difficulty, which unlocked this week, don't even get gold or any loot options from Normal bosses they defeat. This isn't a coincidence, as the same players then received loot from later bosses which they hadn't cleared in LFR. The boss loot table is the same between all difficulties. LFR 835, Normal 850, Heroic 865, Mythic 880.

For grabbing up the gear, the team has been pretty explicit with how you should approach this new difficulty and potential burnout. Careful during LFR. The loot lockout also counts for the items you need for this quest, so if you get put in a group past Odyn before starting this quest, and finish the raid, you can't redo the bosses for these items in the same week. 3 LFR; 3 Normal; 2 Heroic; 2 Mythic; It dropped on Mythic difficulty. I have three shadow priest characters -- my main (level 60, ilvl 204); a Horde alt (level 53) and my bank alt (level 50). My main could very easily solo all difficulties. My bank alt could do LFR and Normal, and my Horde alt could do LFR, Normal and Heroic. Careful during LFR. Just got it from normal version (solo). Before that did hc and lfr. So as you can see it haven't shared lockout.

Today's news covers 6.2.3 Valor updates, requests for questions for the Legion Q&A panel, and Blizzard's pumpkin contest which rewards a Stitches plush. 6.2.3 PTR Valor Preview Blizzard clarified on Twitter today that there will not be a hard weekly cap on acquiring Valor in 6.2.3, but you will be limited by how many times you can do specific activities.

You can kill a boss as many times per week as you like, but only loot it once per difficulty. Anyone can join anyone’s instance. Do Normal and Flex and LFR all have a seperate lockout?

All Legion raids have LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties and you can run 20 key in the same dungeon that piece is reduced in ilv to heroic and lower .

Now, we have same story, but not 10 and 25, but Normal and LFR. “you don’t have to run it” – I do, and especially in MoP. While heroic FL items were better than average DS LFR, t13 set bonuses for some specs were too good to ignore.

Applies to all raid bosses of the following expansions: Warlords of Draenor, Legion, Battle for Azeroth, and Shadowlands, as well as Siege of Orgrimmar of Mists of Pandaria. You can rekill the bosses in LFR/Normal/Heroic and use bonus rolls as long as you have enough of them. This does not work for mythic as the game gives you one set raid ID for the week and you cannot rekill the bosses in the same week/lockout. I am not sure if this question makes sense, because most of the comments and replies I have been reading date back to late 2016 and early 2017 -- I was looking to see if LFR would get me in Trial of Valor: The Lost Army and if there was any reason I should try to get in a raid group via LFR -- and wandered through a whole bunch of Q&A messages which told me a lot of things I did not know. No, normal raids are one "part", only LFR and Flex are split into parts, and only in those modes you can do bosses you have killed again (in the same week) Post by felhunter normal mode starts from boss 1 all the way up to boss 14.

Mythic dungeons will have a weekly lock on each dungeon, but will award keystones to mythic+. Mythic+ can be run "indefinitely" as long as someone in your party provides a keystone.

I have the feeling, that not many people do LFR anymore compared to the early days of LFR. Reason might be the release of flex mode that was then renamed to normal mode later. Since normal mode is tuned like that, there’s no reason to do LFR besides mog. Now, multiple bosses can drop loot of the same name, but different bosses are assigned unique item level versions of the items.
